  • 2 Kale leaves
  • 1 Banana Ripe banana
  • 1 Apple golden delicious, cored
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 0,5 lime juiced
  • 1,5 cups water

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients by washing the kale,
    apple, and celery. Peel the apple, cut it into 4 pieces and remove the seeds.
    Remove the stems from the kale leaves. Cut the celery stalk into 3-inch pieces.
    Peel the banana and peel the kiwi.
  • In a food processor, add the water, the kale
    leaves, and the celery pieces first. Blend together for about 3 minutes.
  • Next, add the cut up and cored apple to the
    food processor, blend for about 1 minute.
  • Add the peeled banana and the peeled kiwi
    next, blend for about 1 minute.
  • Squeeze the lime essor, blend for another 20
    seconds. You can add more water to adjust the consistency to your desired
    thickness.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
