Ingredients
- 1 lb Turkey Breast
One skinless turkey breast - 6 Lettuce Leaves
Small - 6 Romaine Lettuce leaves

- 2 tbs Olive Oil
Extra Virgin - 0,5 Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Peper
Instructions
- Wash the lettuces and dry with a paper towel.
- Salad dressing:
Mix the black pepper, white pepper and cayenne pepper
with a good pinch of sea salt and olive oil. Squeeze lemon juice into the dressing,
mix well. - Cut the lettuces into wedges
- Cut the romano lettuces into wedges
- Slice tomatoes into half
- Mix all the ingredients:Crudely toss in a bowl with mozzarella and dressing.
- Cook the Turkey:Preheat a grill to 400 F. Cut the turkey breast in half and cook
it 4-5 min from each side. - Make the saladTake the turkey out of grill. Sprinkle it lightly with
pepper. Cut into slices (0,5 inch). Add to the bowl. Mix well.
