Ingredients

  • 1 lb Turkey Breast



    One skinless turkey breast



  • 6 Lettuce Leaves



    Small
  • 6 Romaine Lettuce leaves

  • 10 Arugula Leaves



  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes



  • 7 oz Mozzarella Cheese



  • 2 tbs Olive Oil



    Extra Virgin
  • 0,5 Lemon



  • 1 pinch Salt



  • 1 pinch Peper

Instructions

  • Wash the lettuces and dry with a paper towel.






  • Salad dressing:
    Mix the black pepper, white pepper and cayenne pepper
    with a good pinch of sea salt and olive oil. Squeeze lemon juice into the dressing,
    mix well.

  • Cut the lettuces into wedges

    Crudely toss in a bowl with mozzarella and dressing.

    Preheat a grill to 400 F. Cut the turkey breast in half and cook
    it 4-5 min from each side.

    pepper. Cut into slices (0,5 inch). Add to the bowl. Mix well.
